　　 1. The temperature of the plastic mold will reduce the dimensional accuracy of the product and reduce the qualified rate of the product.
　　 2. The temperature difference between the mold core and the cavity is too large, and the plastic parts shrink unevenly, resulting in bending deformation of the product and affecting the appearance of the part.
　　 3. If the temperature of the plastic mold is too high, the product will be deformed during and after demolding, and its shape and dimensional accuracy will be reduced.
　　 4. For some crystalline plastics, the use of plastic molds at high temperature is conducive to the crystallization process, to avoid changes in size during storage or use.
　　 5. For plastic flexible plastics, the use of plastic molds at low temperatures can reduce the molding shrinkage rate, improve the dimensional accuracy of the parts, and shorten the molding cycle to improve production efficiency.
　　 6. When the plastic mold is filled at a low temperature, if the melt speed is not high enough, the internal stress of the product increases, which is easy to cause warpage or application cracking, especially for some high-viscosity plastics.

The temperature of the plastic mold will reduce the fluidity of the plastic melt, so that the contour of the part is unclear, or even the mold is not full, or during the mold filling process, due to the excessive decrease in the temperature of the melt front, an obvious cold seam is generated, resulting in The mechanical properties of the product are reduced.
